Connection

I always hear a little sound on my Kraken Kitty Headphones and then the Razer App and my pc loose the connection and then I can't hear anything and the games stop too as long as the connection is not working. After 3-5 seconds the connection the sound and games are back but it happens every 30 seconds or so. I already installed the razer app again and I updated everything, but I can't find the issue
