Cortex can not be connect with any of the games on my computer | Razer Insider

Please help to check why Cortex cannot be connected with any of my games? It said it can not find any on my computer. And the + this button is gray , which gives me no way to connect it manually. Thanks! (It can not be connected with any game platform either, all the buttons are gray)

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Before we start could you provide us with your Razer Cortex logs  via Private Message? Our engineering team will investigate them and figure out the causes. 

 

After you get your logs with the log collector tool, please upload it on a cloud service, and share the link with us.

( Btw, what is the difference between GMS & GMS 3? The GMS 3 is not working from what i can find so far. Attached the screenshot in this e-mail for your reference, it will stop by itself even after i clicked start)
