Cortex Completely Broken

Seems a few days ago razer updated cortex. Since then it cant be launched, says Oops we have encountered issue, Please reinstall or restart computer. I have tried all methods to fix it from /cant-open-cortex.19994/. Also tired reinstalling whole thing but to no avail. Can you please help, i have included logs for help maybe there is something there thats the issue. Logs, :)

Problem Became much worse, now it cant detect my razer deathadder v2 hyperspeed mouse in synapse also. Cant use macros and assingments on buttons anymore. can you help
