I have my Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed PS5 since April this year and I have had a couple issues recently.
First, one of the earbuds was not powering on anymore. I checked the website for clues to get it working, I charged the charging pod directly on my laptop (which made my laptop reboot several times as if it was encountering an error, but nothing I can see) and then I updated the dongle by plugging it to my laptop and updating it using the wizard.
At first, it didn't change anything, but I let the earbuds charge longer and it is now working, but not completely.
Now, when my left earbud has less than 50% battery, it turns off without warning. Also, when I leave my earbuds on, when they switch off, the right one still has the RGB on, even though it is off, as if I put it back, there is no sound and I need to power it on again.
I hope there is an easy solution for this.
