Cynosa chroma not found in razer synapse

recently whenever I startup my pc, the keyboard lights wont go on. they only turn on if I unplug and replug my keyboard. On top of this Razer synapse no longer detects the keyboard. Recently I changed the keyboard and mouse settings, for whether they were allowed to wake up the pc out of sleep mode. Any advice?

    Check in the lighting tab if you checked any options in the "Switch off lighting". If none, try to perform a clean installation of the app. Otherwise, PM me and provide the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds.
