I've had this keyboard for a while but recently I've notice that my FN key while it works (lights up the right F Keys) you can't activate the functions, like turn the lights down, activate gaming mode etc. Like if I press FN + F11 instead of the function it will make something full screen like a normal F11 key.



Any ideas?

Came here with the same issue. Top row of keys don’t always work on their own or with Fn Hypershift bindings. Not sure of a solution and doesn’t seem like any support is being given.

Still no support and another user with the same problem. Razer shame on you! My whole family is loyal to your brand and no help whatsoever!!
