Cynosa V2 volume buttons issue (driver?)

Hello,

I have recently started experiencing an issue with my Cynosa V2 keyboard, specifically the volume/mute buttons on win11. They randomly stop working and do not work again unless I uninstall the Cynosa driver in the device manager and restart the PC. Once the PC restarts and detects the keyboard Synapse installs the driver and has me restart. Then the keys work fine until they don't. Could be a few hours, or could be a day.

It's getting really annoying doing this. It seems like it must be a driver or software issue. I know the next step is to uninstall synapse and start from scratch to determine a driver issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I will follow up when I have time to reinstall synapse.

Hi,
Do a Synapse "clean reinstall" with cleaning all Razer drivers:

  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
