I bought this mouse and received it less than a month ago, and at first, I tested it and it worked fine. Then all of a sudden, the cursor does not move, but buttons do work. I have tried everything, connecting it through the dongle, Bluetooth, Updating my drivers, making sure Razer Synapse is up to date, connecting the mouse to another PC and nothing seems to solve the issue. I was trying to reach out support to see if something can be done about it since it seems this gear does not have any warranty. Thanks in advance
