Deathadder V2 mini scroll problem

it started 1 month ago i dont know why my mouse's scrolling is constantly broken it becomes useless it used to be fixed when i blew into it but now it doesn't work anymore when i opened the inside of my mouse there are no cracks there are no broken parts but the scroll does not work and since im in turkey there is no razer warranty dealer i guess i have to solve this myself, can anyone help me with an idea?
