Hello everyone!

So my Deathadder v2 pro doesn’t connect to the 2,4 GHz dongle. Through usb cable or BT works perfectly. I’ve downloaded the firmware tool, it worked only for about a month, i’ve reinstalled drivers, Synapse, etc. Is there any kind of test that i can do at home to be certain if the problem is the mouse or the dongle? because if the problem is the mouse i’ll keep using either the usb cable or BT, but if the problem is the dongle i’m willing to buy a new one.
