Deathadder v2 Pro doesn't turn on

First Razer mouse I buy, brand new, doesn't work. The switch at the bottom seems faulty. At first it was connecting for just 2 seconds, then randomly turning off when I moved the mouse. Now it doesn't turn on at all. Bluetooth seems to have the same issue, but it only works if I put my finger on top of the switch at the bottom. I updated the drives and installed all the software, but it 100% seems like an hardware and design issue. Really bummed.
