DeathAdder V2 Pro Dongle connection problem

I purchased the Razer Deathadder v2 pro today. when I plug the dungle, windows starts plug/unplug sound in loop so it does not work. It works when connected via the included USB cable. I tried with other computer too but its doing same thing does anyone know how can I fix this?
