Deathadder V2 Pro (Genshin model) dongle won't connect

Mouse works fine when connected via bluetooth and cable, but dongle doesn’t even register in pc, no sound when I plug it in. I’ve tried to update firmware but I get to the screen saying to insert dongle, I insert, nothing, I try different usb slot, nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I love my new mouse

      Same problem here. Seems like it connect and disconnect instantly.

      I’ve stayed with bluetooth, couldn’t get it to work and no answers so gave up trying. It works fine with bluetooth at least
