Deathadder v2 pro scroll light doesnt work

as mentioned in the topic i just bought mice and seems like the scroll lighting doesnt work. How can i fix that?

+1Did you've tried to reset it via Synapse or create new empty profile?
How it'll behave if you connect it to some other PC without Synapse installed? If it's still the same - you can RMA it.
