I really do not know what to do, I am trying to find the place the email or phone number I need to contact for warranty, since I have owned the mouse for less than two years and I cannot find anything that will help me in that regard. Please help me

Submit a case here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/contact-support Also, have you tried to reset mouse to default settings, also connect it to other PC without Synapse installed, to check if the button will work or not.
