I have had my deathadder v3 pro for a couple of months now but recently the mouse will not work with the dongle only while plugged I was wondering if anyone had any solutions to this problem?

I just received mine today and I can’t get it to work unless it’s wired…. Very disapointing
Is the dongle visible in Windows device manager?
