I just bought my new Deathadder V3 Pro not long ago. When i connect it via cable everything’s fine, but when i change it to wireless my wifi connection just completely breaks. I tried doing unplug the dongle - turn off the mouse - plug in again - wait a moment then turn on the mouse again. Somehow it works at some point but not all the time, and sometimes later i got the same problem again. Already updated the firmware but it doesn’t seem to fix it. any clue?

+1Try to change your WiFi router 2.4GHz wireless network channel to a different one (if you have 1st channel set, then go 6th or 11th etc).
Same here. Switching channels on router does not help. I wonder why Razor Support do not react on this questions. There are several threads on this issue.
