When I got on my computer today, my keyboard's Bluetooth was disconnected & failing to reconnect. I removed the device & paired it again but for some reason the light on the keyboard continues to flash as if it's still looking for a device. The keyboard functions normally until it goes to sleep & then I have to pair it again.
My computer is remembering the keyboard, but the keyboard acts as if it's not remembering the device it connected to. I've tried connecting to other computers & the same problem occurred.
I've also updated the firmware & factory reset the keyboard, but the issue persists.
The keyboard still functions normally while connected via USB C.
