Hello Razer community. It is very simple, after I updated to latest Firmware v1.03.00_r2 on my Deathstalker V2 Pro, I can't be on 2.4 or on Bluetooth while keyboard is pluged with Razer cable directly into PC.
Problem is, that I use 2.4 all the time except when I am charging, and it was easy before latest Firmware v1.03.00_r2. My dongle was plugged to PC with Razer cable and provided USB dock. And when I need to charge I just unplug the USB dock and plug USB-C cable directly from PC to keyboard while still having the switch on 2.4 and it would work.
Now, after Firmware v1.03.00_r2, when I do that, my keyboard won't work unless I switch from 2.4 to OFF. That is really anoying, I know now you can use 2.4 while charging but I lost feature that was there already and was working flawlessly.
Is there a way to have it work as before?
