Hi. I don’t know how long this has been the case. I realized it last week. I’ve tried it with synapse on and off, and I’ve removed and reconnected the USB. The lights on it turn on, but don’t respond to active Chroma effects. The key itself doesn’t function neither, obviously.
I took off the keycap and pressed the green switch directly and it still didn’t work. It was working fine for six months.
