A driver error occurred, the computer froze and forced me to download the Razer Inc HIDClass driver. After restarting, the keyboard worked until I started writing an answer here, there was a driver conflict again and everything went to hell, please release the FIX

Hi @romanshumkin9,

Are you using a USB hub for the keyboard? You can also try the troubleshooting steps here for further isolation. Otherwise, it's highly likely a hardware problem. Feel free to check our self-help page for product updates and troubleshooting steps or PM me anytime should you need further assistance.

no, I don't use a usb hub, everything I found on the Internet I tried everything, the problem is the same on your forum, only no one solves it, windows doesn't want to see it for some reason or error, or some update occurred that caused it, I'll try reinstalling the system today and see what will happen.

Please gather the following so I can help you initiate and investigation:

b. Screenshot of Windows version.
c. Screenshot of Synapse version. Click the gear icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click About.
d. Synapse 3.0 logs.
e. Windows event logs.

Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Ensure to set the link's settings that allow access to its content. Thanks for your cooperation.

Before you'll reinstall OS - do you've check the keyboard on other PC? Also I assume, that "other USB ports" that you've tested are direct ports on the back of the motheboard? Because some USB ports on PC case acts like a hub, causing some problems.

Also you can try to remove all razer drivers with cleanup tool, then restart PC and check it again if it fail or not: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj
