Devices not being detected
I have reinstalling synapse multiple times. Unplugged my mouse and keyboard and they are still not showing up on synapse.

A number of people are reporting driver issues after a recent Synapse update. You don't have Riot Vanguard installed on your system by any chance? Its gaming anti-cheat software commonly installed with other games like Valorant. Reported 'solution' so far has been to uninstall Synapse and Riot Vanguard, reboot, then re-install Synapse and the drivers should work again (you may need to unplug and re-plug in the devices again after the Synapse install).
