DFUBasilisk why I can't find it?

Hi all, I need to update my Razer Basilisk Hyperspeed X, but when the firmware istruction tell me to add dfubasilisk to window bluetooth devices, I can't find it. It just doesn't appear. What I can do? Thank you so much, I can't open a ticket.
