Hey all,

So I’m having disconnection issues with my Razer Naga Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse. It randomly disconnects giving the “bing bong” alert from windows. It also stops functioning while playing games. Say if I’m holding the left button down when it pauses, I’ll let go of the button but the game will continue to act as if I’m still holding it down.

Of course I went to the site and followed the trouble shooting procedures, but I also ran into an issue there. I am unable to update the firmware. When it tells me to plug in the dongle, which I do, it never gives me the option to continue. It doesn't recognize that it’s plugged in. I’ve tried it on every USB port on my PC with no luck.

 

This is UNSAT.

 

I’ve had this mouse for under a year, but when I check the serial number it’s out of warranty. I’ve purchased 3 other razer mice and two razer keyboards in the past. You’ve gotten your money out of me, so you probable dont care, but I’m not going to buy anymore of your products. I work with a lot of younger people and will, from this point on, not recommend your products to any of them. I will explain to them that you are basicly like Alienware now.
