Hello, so recently i have bought razor viper 8khz and im facing disconnection issue after 3 days of use.

I’m here to help. Does the issue happen while Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? To isolate the problem, ensure the device is plugged in directly to a PC and not on a USB hub. Also, try a different USB port to see if the issue persists. If so, PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model and provide other workarounds. All the best!
