Don`t get audio when switching to 7.1

Hello I have razer kraken but I dont get any audio when switching from headphone port device to surround 7.1 i dont have any audio in headphones but before I switch from port to surround I have audio. And in audio panel i can see that surround is getting sound but it`s not played in headphones for me hope you can understand me. My english isn`t good. uploaded video so maybe then you can understand me.

Found where problem was uninstalled and reinstaled razer surround app and it worked.
