I have the kraken v3 pro hypersense, but my dongle broke and I can’t use them wirelessly now, I can’t get a new dongle directly from Razer because it won’t ship to my country (Mexico). So my question is if this have a solution like to pair a generic dongle or something like that

+1“generic” dongles will not work.
How it’s broken? Is the dongle detected in Windows device manager, when it’s connected?
No it’s not detected, it just doesn’t do anything when I plug it in, I have tried in many computers but nothing, no sound cue when connected nothing
