Dongle isuess
I have a Razer Deathadder v3 Pro
After a long wait, today I received the Hyperpolling wireless dongle (purchased from Razer's online store).
I unplugged the old dongle and plugged in the new Hyperpolling Wireless Dongle, Razer Synapse find my dongle but Dongle cant connect my Razer Deathadder v3 pro. Like No Device Found..
Has anyone had the same problem, I need help
Would appreciate any help.

dJEKICPFKIs this the dongle that you purchased? Ensure that your mouse firmware is on v1.01.01_r1. Also, check if the Razer Synapse 3.0 received its latest updates.
