I just formatted my computer. I started RazerBlackSharkV2Pro(2023)_0555_FirmwareUpdater_v2.04.02_r1 and plugged in the dongle. When I plugged in the dongle, a tab with the picture of the razer white blackshark v2 pro 2023 headset opened on my screen. I have 2 windows, I used the picture of my headset and downloaded the synapse. And as you can see, it gave an error. what should I do?
