Error Installing RSynapse 2.0

Im on a 10.13 iMac and when I try installing the software it does nothing but say," The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance." This has happened ever since I uninstalled the software for the first time, after it was acting up and not loading. Can anyone help me?

Try to remove all the Razer files first before installing the app again. Did you recently update your MACOS? You can also try to reboot your MAC before proceeding with the installation.
