Hi!

My ballistik x hyperspeed is just over 2 years old and has been performing very well. I use the 2.4ghz dongle on my desktop and bluetooth on my Laptop. Up until now it's connected instantly. Now neither computer can detect it, as well as others I've tried. 

I've updated everything, I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers for bluetooth adaptors. Un/Reinstalled razer synapse. Downloaded the firmware updater. Nothing has worked. The lights on the mouse blink like it's trying to connect.

Other bluetooth devices connect fine. 

I'm thinking it must be a hardware fault on the mouse. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
