Firmware Updater not working - Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro TKL ("Please reconnect your device!")

Whenever I run the Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro TKL the Firmware Updater, then click on update the tool gets frozen. And a message box is shown with the following message: “Plese reconnect your device!”

I've tried to to update my keyboard in three different PCs with no success. Am admin of all PCs. I also turn off all antivirus.

 

Current device FW version is "1.01.00"

The latest FW version available, which I cannot update to is "1.05.01"

 

How do we fix this?

I am having the same issue with the sound bar updater. The v2 x firmware updater.
