FIX for Razer blade 15 2020 - RZ09-0328 won't boot but keyboard lit

We discovered by accident after replacing the motherboard (didn’t resolve the issue) that unplugging the small ribbon cable that feeds the power LED on the front edge of the case, that the computer would boot just fine. Took us days to figure this out. Hope this helps others with the same issue.
