Is the mic on the Razer Kraken REALLY not designed to take a 2’ tumble from a chair to a floor? I was told by support that this wouldn’t be covered. Does that not seem a little ridiculous for a $100 headset? Do I need to rethink the durability of the rest of my Razer gear?
