Gaming option in performance modes missing?

I have the latest Synapse and noticed the gaming option under performance mode is missing. I can only choose between default and custom. My 3DMark Time Spy score dropped around 400 points when I use custom mode at high settings. Gaming performance mode had better results by far. Is there a way to revert back to have the gaming performance mode? https://imgur.com/GTEV0cQ

    Hi there! Which specific model of the Blade are you using? Also, can you give the version number of Synapse?

    Razer Blade 15 2019 Advanced w/ 9th Gen Intel and RTX 2070 (Mercury White). Synpase version 3.4.513.51410 Also, it seems when I run the laptop on battery, the fan blows hard and is loud. When I plug it back in, it starts blowing normally. I am not running a game, just idle. Is this normal? The laptop is about a week old.

    Thanks for the reply. When did you notice the issue? Also, have you tried doing a reinstall of Synapse? If you haven't, please do. Let me know how it goes.
