I am trying to redeem two Razer Gold Gift cards, however, it says they are not valid. Can anyone tell me how to check the balance ?

    I bought 2 razer gold cards and my gf's brother tried to use with and both cards are saying invalid code. What's this mean and can I check balance on both of them. How do I check balance on this website
