I bought a razer gold gift card and scratched off the back. The pin was only 12 digits when it should be 14 digits. I emailed support but no reply

      The gift card was for $500.  What do I do now?

      Thanks for the advice. I have a case number. I did this 2 days ago. I thought I'd hear something by now. It said if I inquire on it, it would move me in que so the don't recommend
