gpu error 43

Hello,

I have bought a razer blade 14 1 year ago, it was fine until some update I think corrupted my gpu, now there like an error 43 that no matter what solution i try it persists. Recovery whatever, it does not work at all. Unfortunately i did not buy my laptop directly from you since that was not possible. So my question is will razer still be able to help me with this ?
