Has anyones RMA taken 2+ months to proces? | Razer Insider

I sent in my Darthadder mini back in early July because my mouse just didn’t work even after I did all the troubleshooting. It is now September 13 and there is still bo update on mouse. When I check the RMA status it just says reviewed and being processed. ITS BEEN 2 months. It’s supposed to be done in at least 5 days not 2 months
