Yesterday I received my Kraken from the EU Razerstore.

I am not happy with how it sounds, also I am not happy with the 3,5 mm jack.

And with any other company, it should be easy to send it back, but I’ve been searching for hours how to send it back . I keep ending up with links for US and CA customers only .
