HDMI using UHD graphics Razerblade advanced 2021 Problems | Razer Insider

I can successfully run HDMI to my TV using the HDMI port on the Razerblade advanced, but i am unable to use the UHD graphics.  When gaming, i obviously want to use the nvidia card, but I am a music producer, and my audio production software runs with the best latency using the UHD intel graphics card.  I’m trying to mirror the display of the laptop to my monitor via hdmi, but want to use UHD graphics, not my Nvidia 3080.

I’ve done some research, and can see that its possible that the hdmi port is only connected to the Nvidia card.  For this reason, bought a usb c hdmi adapter, and have the same problem when plugging the hdmi cable through the usb-c adapter - only the 3080 can be used to display to my external monitor.

I’ve tried:

  1. disabling the nvidia graphics processor in device manager.  When i do this my display is not recognized by the UHD intel graphics.
  2. Uninstall and reinstall all intel drivers (through their website and software updater), i also did the same for NVIDIA 3080 including the usbc driver
  3. When i have both graphics processors active (i’m using optimus to switch between the two), the NVIDIA 3080 is the only option to display the second monitor in the windows advanced display, but also in the nvidia control panel and intel command center.

I’ve been trying to solve this for the past few months, and am resally frustrated that i can’t even send this support request to RAZER because my one year warranty has run out.  I understand having a one year warranty for any hardware defects but to have absolutely no way  to contact the company about this issue is ridiculous..   I hope someone from razer sees this and can help me out, but judging from my past razer support experiences, i highly doubt it.
