I have a blackshark V2 x and when i went to razer synapse it isn’t there. I restarted my pc, razer synapse and everything but it still doesn’t detect my headphones. My mic is fine, but it’s not that clear and the noise cancellation doesn’t really work that well so I’m planning on to going to the mic settings.I’m on Laptop btw.
