Hello, I bought the "RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 Headphones - WIRED GAMING HEADSET + USB SOUND CARD - FRMLPACKAGING". I tried to register them to be able to activate "7.1 SURROUND SOUND" but I didn't receive the activation code when I tried to order again it gave me the following error "Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products.", does anyone know why? Thanks

    Because it's not eligible for 7.1 Surround. Blackshark V2 headset comes with THX Spatial, which is enabled out-of-box without activating etc. It's available trhough Synapse 3 software via Audio->Mixer tab.
