Hello About Mouse Problem... Razer Basilisk V3 - Razer Synapse

I Just Got My Mouse. I Received It Just Today And I Bought It To Record Macro. But No matter what I do, when it starts to record the macro (Mouse Movements), it does not record. This Is A Feature I Need. I see the text No Tracking on the top right. According to what I searched on the internet, it was related to calibration. I Calibrate But Still No Results. Please help.
