Hello, hoping you are doing as well as possible, I would like to ask for your help. I read in a forum that you were helping someone who had problems with their Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma controller that stopped working (it died) after an update. I plugged it into all the ports of my console (XSX). The controller simply does not work, I don’t know what to do since I live in Chile and I already sought help with Razer support but they do not cover the warranty in my country and the store no longer gives me a warranty because the 3 months it offers have passed. I would appreciate your help, have a nice afternoon
