Im on macOS and i just installed synapse 2.0 and it cant find my mouse or keyboard.

I have the same problem. Starting the app it says, “Syncing” then gives the aforementioned message.

Please help! It would be helpful to have the full capabilities of a $189 device that I love - and would love more having access to its full capability.
