Hi i got the razer opus wireless x a bathing ape headset and am having trouble using it with my pc. It connects and works great with my iphone but on my PC it is choppy sounding. I am confused because i also got it with the other gaming collection items such as the bape mouse pad and it is shown and promoted in a picture being used as a PC head set in the photos on the website so I know that it should work fine with the PC. Could someone please help and tell me how i can fix it from sounding choppy on my PC?

Are you connecting the Razer Opus to your PC using its 3.5mm audio cable or Bluetooth? Did you try pairing the headset to another computer and see if the issue reoccurs? Please check out the recommended steps from this article. Let me know how it goes.

Hi thank you for replying. I tried both using the 3.5mm audio cable and bluetooth. I looked at the link you sent and still isnt working it keeps disconnecting and the bluetooth signal is too low. Is it possible the one i received is broken?

That's sad to hear. And yes, there's a possible hardware issue if the low audio happens while connecting/pairing the headset to your computer via wired and wireless. If you bought the devices from a reseller, you may contact them and ask for a replacement. Otherwise, please send me a PM, including its serial number, so I can check its eligibility for a warranty claim from Razer. *Thread is now locked

Hi thank you. Im not sure what a PM is but the serial number is (*Serial number omitted for security purposes).
