i tried to register warrenty i did everything with photo proof and every thing until i typed the seriel number and it was UNRECOGNIZABLE and i got this error that said UNRECOGNIZED SERIAL NUMBER
Please double-check similar characters such as:
"I" and "1"
"O" and "0"
and i tried several times and i got the same error can anyone help PLEASE?

+1Is this a new mouse? Because it’s not sold since few years. And if yes - this might be counterfeit unit.
+1Any photos of the mouse (connected to PC)? From top and bottom (sensor) view.
+1It’s hard to say, because of the photo quality - took the bottom once again, leave your mouse connected (powered on), also you can leave 4-6 first digits of serial number.
