Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro comes with THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse 3, and the model doesn’t support 7.1 Surround Sound. Please follow the steps in this article to configure THX Spatial Audio for headphones. I hope this helps.
