How to assign mouse buttons to microsoft office functions?

Hello !

Recently I bought a new Razer mouse in order to do more easy my work c: 

I'm trying to assign some Microsoft office functions to the programmable mouse buttons but I can´t :c

For example in Microsoft visio I would like to assign some of the buttons for:
- Create a new shape 
- Get the connector option
- Create a new text box
- etc

In my old mouse I did it trough macros but in my new Basilik I tried to create them but doesn´t work...

There's some way to assign the buttons directly to the Microsoft office functions or create the macro in order to assign this functions? or the razer mouse buttons assignation are limited to the options that are available in the synapse tool?

My mouse model is Razer Basilisk V3 Pro.
